Quick Note to My “Regulars”๐Ÿ’™

Apologies for being mostly absent from your blogs, and not keeping up as I typically do with comments.ย

1) The hot temps have been unreasonable (that’s no typo, I don’t mean “unseasonable”๐Ÿ˜‰).ย

2) And I’m engaged in a mission of mercy to assist my neighbor as much as I can…she broke her leg, and is confined to her 2nd floor bedroom…in the too hot temps.

Thus, I’ve run short of time/energy to write posts and read yours.ย  I would not otherwise abandon my blogging passion, and my dear world-wide family here…but “life happens”, and I wanted to let you know, lest you imagine some personal catastrophe.

As I’m able, I’ll check in to post, read and comment.

Prayers requested for my neighbor’s quick and complete healing—heartfelt thanks, in advance.

NOW, I know some of you are wondering, so I’ll reassure you that “Bedelia” is still bumbling along…her latest episode will be posted on time, at midnight!

Thank you all—love and blessings sent your wayโ™ฅRhen

    1. Thank you so much, Punam–I kind of needed a blog break, but couldn’t pull myself away–so maybe this is a blessing:) I think of you–and the others here–everyday, so that won’t change. Keeping you in my heart and prayers๐Ÿ’–

  3. Yes I did almost imagine a catastrophe. That’s easy to imagine these days! Glad you are ok and what a great neighbor you are. Way to be there Z! Try not to overheat. Its supposed to reach 100 in a few days here in my neck of the woods. Anyway, be safe my friend. Xo ๐Ÿ˜˜โค

    1. Glad I caught you at “almost”, haha! Yes, these days we fret 24/7–with intermittent breaks to pray!! It will be around 90 again tomorrow for us–then “cool down” to mid 80’s which is hardly my idea of “cool”. Tues morning I went out at dawn to get groceries–it was about 57 degrees but MUGGY. You take good care, dear heart–watch the heat (good excuse to just lie around, eh?). Much love โค

    1. It’s curious that I volunteered to help her, as we hadn’t spoken for quite some time (communication issues); and I was unaware of her accident until she called out of the blue. She didn’t ask for my help, but my heart was “ready set go”–and we’re enjoying our daily visits when I bring up a meal or treats, some humor, or an ear to hear complaints. She’s an amazing trooper, though–if it had been me, I’d have pushed myself off the 2nd floor balcony rail and called it “Done!” I will take care of myself too–thanks so much for thinking of me, my friend! Mostly it impacts the time/energy I have for my “blog job”, a labor of much LOVE ๐Ÿ™‚ โค So if I'm not always current on reading your posts and commenting–now you know why ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Priorities shift during times like these and your neighbor needs you! I totally understand. It is amazing what some people will put up with in their lives when their health goes south or accidents happen. I don’t know how much I could deal with it either.
